Ordering

 

To order from PaperMatch, please contact us at our WEB site.

Please include the following information to begin our correspondence:

  1. Your name and e-mail address.
  2. Item Name (if available)
  3. The page you found the item on (e.g. kids.htm).
  4. (If applicable) A short description of what you are looking for and any questions you may have.
  5. (If applicable) Matting requirements. In particular, let us know if you will require either standard or archival quality matting.

Once we receive your e-mail request we will inform you of the availability of the requested items. Most of our customers converse with us via e-mail three or four times before they place an order. And sometimes we'll want to talk on the telephone also.

Additional Charges

Unless explicitly indicated, prices do not include the cost of matboard, hinging, backboards, or frame.

Shipping and Handling charges in the continental US will typically be $3.75 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
Matting charges vary with size and quality. A standard 8"x10" mat will run $7.50. Archival mats will run 60% more.
Digital Scanning allows you to also hang your print on any computer. $8.00 per GIF or JPEG scan. (Intrigued? See what PaperMatch has to say about digital framing.)
State Sales Tax. Residents of New York State will be charged sales tax.
